Serenbe, the agriculture-centric high-end community in south Fulton County, has posted a pretty slick animation of the future Mado town center on its website and social media channels.

The animation gives a fly-through view of what is planned as a mix of European-style cottages, senior living, retail and health services. Among the amenities planned are a Montessori school, a pool, spa and fitness center. You can see the video below.
Mado has been in the works for some time and is currently under construction. It is designed as a community where residents can “age in place.”
Serenbe is a master planned community in Chattahoochee Hills co-founded more than a decade ago by restaurateurs Steve and Marie Nygren. The community is known for farm-to-table dining, art, posh weddings, boutiques and its organic farm.
